  • EJADAOur involvement in the EJADA (the Euro-Jordanian Action for Development Aid) program was to work with SMEs (Small-Medium Enterprises) in Jordan to deliver Balanced Scorecard training and to develop and implement performance management frameworks that would enable them to monitor their growth from small family-owned organisations to larger, better established businesses.

Our involvement with this organization was, after the acquisition of several businesses in the UK, to help the individual organisations develop their corporate strategies, in alignment to the parent company strategy.
